Sprayed-in-place pipe (SIPP) rehabilitation is a rapidly emerging technology which offers a new means of applying tried and proven polymeric materials in water, sewer and industrial pipes. This process and technology is an ideal supplement to more traditional trenchless methods such as CIPP for pressure pipes, pipes with bends, pipes with extensive laterals or taps and short pipe segments with difficult access.
Quadex offers a complete selection of Sprayed-In-Place Pipe equipment, material and training enabling contractors to expand upon their solutions to reline sewer, storm, gas and potable water pipe. Quadex SIPP is a proven system that utilizes polymeric materials, applied via a patent-pending spray nozzle attached to a Schwalm 1330 or 2060 sewer robot. A heated hose system allows for an accurate and uniform application.
