    What are the key benefits of PCA?

    A typical procurement process (either RFP or RFQ) takes 6-9 months and can cost thousands of dollars for preparation (issuing, advertising, evaluation, award). WIth PCA, projects get started sooner and purchases can be made faster. This frees up staff to perform other job tasks.

    What other services does PCA Provide?

    PCA performs all required steps of the solicitation process and provides all due diligence documentation to you upon request. PCA is a service of Region III Education Service Center, which awards, holds and administers the contracts.

    Does PCA meet contract requirements?

    PCA contracts are competitively bid and procedures meet Texas and other states’ procurement and contracting statutes; including applicable Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) by reference.
